Letter to the Editor: Clarice Campbell Clarifies the Age Rules

Paul,

Apologies for taking so long to get back to you regarding your question on minimum age and guests in the community

If you read page 6 of the revised rules it states the following:  The minimum age for residency in the community is 45 years of age.
A resident is defined on page 3 as; An approved occupant living in a home in the community and can be a shareholder, a non-shareholder or a renter.
A guest is defined as: a visitor in the home

No where is the rules does it state that a guest/visitor must be a minimum age of 45.  With that said, guests and family members using the home while the resident is not living in the home must provide proof of age (pg 6).

I hope this answers your question,

Clarice
