Apologies for taking so long to get back to you regarding your question on minimum age and guests in the community
If you read page 6 of the revised rules it states the following: The minimum age for residency in the community is 45 years of age.
A resident is defined on page 3 as; An approved occupant living in a home in the community and can be a shareholder, a non-shareholder or a renter.
A guest is defined as: a visitor in the home
No where is the rules does it state that a guest/visitor must be a minimum age of 45. With that said, guests and family members using the home while the resident is not living in the home must provide proof of age (pg 6).
